This year I am using the Conscious Discipline program. This is a wonderful program that focuses on positive modeling, reinforcement and building a child's motivation to become a contributing member of a group, in this case, our classroom family. I will be discussing this more at Back To School Night, but you may also read about it on their website.
I will always be "Safe Keeper" because it is my job to keep the classroom safe so all children may learn and grow.
