100th Day!
Well we made it to the 100th day in Room K. We have been counting since the very first day of school and this is a big deal for 5 & 6 year-olds! We have many fun activities planned to make Tuesday, February 7th, the 100th, a day to remember. We will celebrate from 10:30-11:30 and will need a few parent helpers to help with the fun 100th Day stations.
100th Day Trail Mix-Heather (this is Heather's regular helping time slot), _____________ _____________
100th Day Fruit Loop Necklaces-Miss Sammantha, Mrs. Weisberg

12:30-1:30-Guest reader Sue Ganz Schmitt, Planet Kindergarten 100 Days in Orbit, pass out 100th Day goodies! (parents to prepare goodie bags Natalie & Eric)

Jump Rope for Heart!
Be sure to turn in your pledge forms for our Annual Jump Rope for Heart event. We will raise lots of money for this very worthy cause that impacts so many of us. My own father died of a heart attack, so it holds a special place for me.
The event will take place on Friday after lunch on the upper playground and you are welcome to come and help/watch the children jump rope, along with many physical fitness activities.
We will have an early dismissal (1:35) on this day.
